At Town Dental, we love to see you smile!

We offer a complete range of services for all ages, from cosmetic and orthodontic care to implant and bone graft surgical procedures. You can feel confident knowing we incorporate state-of-the-art equipment and the latest dental techniques with personalized care to achieve your best smile.

Brushing and Flossing: To maintain optimal oral health, we recommend brushing twice daily for two minutes and maintain a healthy diet.  Children younger than three should brush with assistance from their parent with fluoride-free toothpaste (in case swallowed).  Adults should floss daily and children should floss teeth that “touch” at least two times per week. No matter the age, always use a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Dental Cleaning and Checkup: A dental cleaning will remove plaque and tartar that cannot be removed by brushing and flossing at home.  They are the primary cause of cavities, gum disease, bad breath, or other problems. Once removed, we finish by polishing and flossing your teeth.

Dental Examination: A thorough examination of your teeth and gums will reveal any signs of disease, decay, infection, harmful habits, etc.

Digital Radiographs: Using 70% less radiation than traditional “film,” digital x-rays are instantaneously processed and ready to view!  During an examination, we may take digital x-rays of your teeth to determine if there are any cavities, impacted teeth, abscesses, cysts, tumors, or decay.

Dental Cone Beam CT : Dental cone beam computed tomography (CT) is a special type of digital x-ray equipment used when regular dental or facial x-rays are not sufficient.  We employ this technology to produce three dimensional (3-D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan!

Decay: The process of demineralization (softening) of an area of tooth structure, left untreated, creates a decayed lesion (cavity) on the tooth.  If diagnosed early enough, demineralization can be reversed. The process of restoring decay begins with an analysis of the lesion with consideration of location and severity.

Composite Filling : Often referred to as a “filling” or “bonding,” a composite restoration is a tooth-colored material that is bonded in place.

Crown:  A crown completely caps, or encircles, a tooth or dental implant.  Crowns are often needed when a large cavity threatens the ongoing health of a tooth.  They are typically bonded to the tooth using a dental cement. Crowns can be made from many materials, which are usually fabricated outside of the mouth and cemented at a subsequent appointment.  Crowns are often used to improve the strength or appearance of teeth. As new technology and materials science has evolved, computers are increasingly becoming a part of crown fabrication, such as in CAD/CAM dentistry, which allows for the crown to be completed in a single visit.

Teeth Whitening: Everyone loves a bright, white smile, but sometimes over-the-counter whitening products just aren’t effective enough. Toothpastes, whitening strips, creams, and gels can only produce results on the surface and are unable to treat intrinsic stains that reside beneath the protective enamel layer of the teeth. Drugstore shelves are filled with any number of whitening products that all promise a whiter and brighter smile, but often offer disappointing results. None of these over-the-counter methods compare to the effects of an in-office teeth whitening procedure. Maintaining a bright and beautiful smile is simply a matter of making good choices and continuing your oral health routine.

Porcelain veneers: Porcelain veneers, also known as dental veneers, are thin layers of ceramic or resin used to cover the front surfaces of natural teeth. Porcelain veneers are a long-term solution to a number of cosmetic concerns patients may have with their teeth.

Implant Service: Living with missing teeth can be both difficult and embarrassing. Gaps in your smile affect not only your appearance but your ability to eat, and in some cases, talk. Dental implant surgery is a procedure that is used to replace missing or damaged teeth. Dental implants are a more permanent solution than other teeth replacement options.
